It's Monday! What are you reading?

                                              hosted by : Book Journey

Hi everyone!!! :)

Today I want to share with you the books I finished last week, what I'm reading right now and what I intend to read next.

Last week I finished:

Lucky in Love (Lucky Harbor, #4)

Lucky in Love by Jill Shalvis. I really loved this book. I got bored in some parts, but in overall, I really enjoyed it. I think it's my favourite book in the series. So cute! ^^

The Lost Days (Emily the Strange Novels, #1)

Emily the strange (the lost days) by Rob Reger and Jessica Gruner. I really loved this one because the mystery, but the way everything is explained confused me a lot.

Now I'm reading

La vida imaginaria

La vida imaginaria (The imaginary life) by Mara Torres. I was a bit reluctant to start this because I wasn't sure I was going to love, but fortunately I was wrong. It's a great book which I think I'm going to devour it. Although it's adult fiction, the way things are explained reminds me of Stephanie Perkins + Sarah Dessen.

The Casual Vacancy

The casual vacancy by J.K. Rowling. I have just read a chapter and I like it, but since the book is massive and I'm going to have to read it at home, I think this one is going to take me forever. Wish me luck! ;)

On the Bright Side, I'm Now the Girlfriend of a Sex God (Confessions of Georgia Nicolson, #2)

  1. I love the cover for Emily the Strange, so glad the actual book was good too :-) And The Casual Vacancy is one I'm hoping to get to this year - at some point - too. Happy reading.

    1. Thank you! you too :)

I think The Casual Vacancy is going to take me a month or so to read because it's massive and it's in English :'(

  2. I looove the cover of Emily the Strange. Very striking :)

I haven't read Casual yet but I suppose I will one of these days ;) I hope you end up really liking it!

    Have a great week

    1. Thanks a lot!!! :)

I hope so, but it's a massive volume. I wish I could take it with me :'(

  3. I hope you enjoy Casual Vacancy! I'd love to read more of JK's work, but so far the synopsis just hasn't caught me. Perhaps one day..

    Enjoy your reads!

  4. I read about 1/4 of The Casual Vacancy before I had to return it to the library. I loved what I read though! Hope you're enjoying your reads this week!
Check out my It's Monday! Post :)
