Today I want to share with you the books I read last week, the books I'm reading right now and what books I want to read next.
Last week I finished
Duchess of Bloomsbury Street by Helene Hanff. I really enjoyed this book. It was entertaining and funny. I'm not used to read non-fiction and this one was a good book.
Now I'm reading
Will Grayson, Will Grayson by John Green and David Levithan. The beginning was a bit slow and bored and I was going to give up when it improved a lot! Now I'm enjoying very much.
Next in my pile
Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen. I have actually started this one, but I left it aside because I needed to read some chapters of Will Grayson, Will Grayson first. I've read two chapters and I liked them. I think I'm going to enjoy this book very much.
Well, these are my books. What do you think of them? Have you read them? Did you like them? Did you hate them? Let me know in the comments and please share yours! :)
John Green is very popular here in the US, but I've found that I like him sometimes and I don't like him others.
ReplyDeleteI've never read Northanger Abbey but many says it's Jane Austen's best.
Here's my It's Monday! What Are You Reading?
Yes, I know.I'm a nerdfighter too ;)
DeleteIn Spain he is not popular, but since I saw a copy of The Fault in our stars translated into Spanish in a book shop, I think he is going to be popular soon. I hope so :)
The only Green I've read is The Fault in our Stars. It was amazing :) I hope you end up enjoying this one! Have a great week of reading!
ReplyDeleteThanks a lot! :)
DeleteWell, the starting wasn't what I expected, but now it has improved a lot, so I'm enjoying it very much.
Have a great week of reading too! :)
Both John Green and David Levithan are amazing writers, but I haven't gotten to Will Grayson, Will Grayson yet. Definitely one I plan on reading, though. Hope you enjoy! :)
ReplyDeleteMy Monday Post :)
Yes, they are great. I love them :)
DeleteNow I've read 100 pages the book is really good, but I didn't like the beginning at all. I hope this doesn't happen to you.
