Hi everyone!!! :)

So today I want to share with you the book beginning and the page 56 of this book

Austenland (Austenland, #1)

"IT IS A TRUTH UNIVERSALLY acknowledged that a thirty-something woman in possession of a satisfying career and fabulous hairdo must be in want of very little, and Jane Hayes, pretty enough, was clever enough, was certainly thought to have little to distress her"

"You're hoping that Amelia Heartwright is an old, unattractive thing and that the boys won't like her at all. Am I right?" Miss Charming bobbed on her toes.

I really like this book. It's an interesting read. It's romantic and the story is really peculiar. I'm just about to finish and now, I can't wait to watch the film :)

Well, this is the book I'm reading now. what do you think? Did you know it? Do you want to give it a try? Let me know in the comments and please share yours! :)

  1. I have heard about this book but haven't read it or even know what it is about. Sounds like a modern re-telling of P&P.

  2. Well, it's all Jane Austen novels put together in one novel. I like because it's very romantic :)

    1. The cover is great, although it's not the cover of the book I owned which by the way is also pretty :)

  7. Sounds like a fun book, although I am tired of author's playing with the Pride & Prejudice opening. It was clever once, but it's getting tired.

Thanks for participating in Book Beginnings on Friday!

    1. Yes, it is. I totally agree with you, sometimes many authors do same thing and it's tiring when you read the same many times. But anyway, apart from that, the book is really peculiar and maybe you like it :)
