It's Monday! What are you reading?

Today is Monday which means it's time for sharing not only what I read, what I am reading and what I intend to read but also, this is an open space you can tell what you read, what you're reading and what you will be reading next :)

In my case, I finished two books. The first one, What I talk about when I talk about running is non-fiction and it's about how Murakami ( the author) deals with running. He tries to run every day and he run a marathon every year, at least. The book is well-written and I enjoyed reading it. The second book is Wyrd Sisters by Terry Pratchett. This is fiction and it's similar to Macbeth story but in a much much funnier way. I laughed a lot. In both cases, I didn't think I read it properly, I explain myself, I think in the case of Murakami's book you need a couple of hours sit down quietly and read it without stopping because if I did in this way I would enjoy much more. In the case of Wyrd Sisters I think I don't have enough English level to read it. It takes me so much time to read it. I have to stop many times to look up words that I miss all the fun :(. But anyway, I'll appreciate it  in the future :)

Now, I am reading Pride and Prejudice by Jane Auster. I really like it, Jane Austen is a very good author and very witty :) I am also reading Don Quixote's delusions by Miranda Frame. It's very good book that explains my own culture. I like it.

Next, I'm going to read Never let me go by Kashuo Ishiguro and Brideshead Revisited. I think both books are very good and I can't wait to start reading them.

  1. Have you ever read any of Murakami's fiction books? They're a little off kilter but totally wonderful.
